Healthcare
is what
we know best.

Pharmagen Recruit grew out of a company built entirely around making healthcare work better — for patients and providers alike.

The parent

Pharmagen was founded in Lebanon with a straightforward mission: give patients with chronic conditions access to high-quality generic medications at prices that don't force them to choose between treatment and other necessities.

In a country where the healthcare system faces persistent challenges, building Pharmagen meant building trust — with patients, with providers, and with the medical community at large. That experience gave us a deep appreciation for how healthcare organizations actually operate, what they struggle with, and what they need to thrive.

"Running a healthcare business in Lebanon taught us how to do more with less — and how to find excellent people." — On the founding of Pharmagen Recruit

Why we exist

Healthcare providers abroad face a recurring challenge: finding reliable, English- and French-speaking remote staff is expensive and time-consuming. Lebanon has long produced highly educated, bilingual professionals eager to work with international organizations.

Pharmagen Recruit was created to close that gap. We handle the search, the screening, and the matching — so health providers anywhere in the world can build remote teams as easily as they hire locally.

Why Lebanese
professionals.

Lebanon's workforce has qualities that make it especially well-suited for remote roles at international healthcare organizations.

Degrees you can verify.

The American University of Beirut is chartered by the State of New York and accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education — an accreditor recognised by the US Department of Education and CHEA. It was first accredited in 2004 and reaffirmed in 2009, 2014 and 2019.

The Lebanese American University holds an absolute charter from the New York Board of Regents and is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education, with ABET-accredited engineering and computer science programmes.

Both teach and examine in English, on an American curriculum. You do not have to take our word for any of this — the links go to the accreditors.

01

Multilingual by default.

Lebanon's education system runs deep in English and French. Most professionals are fully fluent in English, many in French as well, with strong written and spoken communication.

02

Healthcare-literate.

Top medical universities, a robust healthcare industry, and a culture of clinical exposure mean many candidates already speak your clinical language.

03

Trained for your environment.

Lebanon produces pharmacy, biomedical engineering and life-science graduates in volume, and has exported clinicians for decades. We recruit people who already understand regulatory submissions, safety case processing and quality systems — not generalists learning medical terminology on the job.

What we
actually do.

Two sentences. No mission-statement boilerplate.

Mission

A trusted bridge.

To be the most trusted bridge between international healthcare providers and Lebanon's skilled, English- and French-speaking professional workforce.

Focus

Healthcare only.

Healthcare is not a sector we entered for convenience — it's the industry our parent company was built in. We recruit with that knowledge baked in.

Promise

Real people, real follow-through.

A single point of contact, transparent process, and on-the-ground support in Lebanon if anything wobbles in the first months of a hire.
